- $19 / Hour

- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Operate inbound and outbound truck scales and accurately record weights
- Inspect, review, and document incoming material loads
- Direct drivers to the appropriate yard areas for loading and unloading
- Complete required paperwork for all vehicles and materials entering or leaving the yard
- Process payments for inbound materials and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist customers with pricing, accepted materials, and account-related questions
- Test scales for accuracy and report malfunctions or concerns to the General Manager
- Maintain customer account contacts to support continued business
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check, credit check, medical physical, and drug screen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and providing excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, time-management, math, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn industry-specific software
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, twist, stoop, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift
