Job Description
Are you detail oriented? Do you also have experience working in a fleet/asset intensive environment? Utility Staffing Group is currently hiring Fleet Coordinator in Tennessee.
*Offering relocation package to Nashville or Memphis. This will include a household move and one car*

Key duties and details for Fleet Coordinator:
- Work with multiple corporate departments to facilitate various fleet tasks and enhance operations productivity
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating all preventative maintenance and repairs
- Obtain and communicate estimates from vendors to designated levels of leadership for approval
- Coordinate logistics for new and existing equipment
- Assist Operations with Out of Service units
- Coordinate all annual inspection processes with preferred vendors
- Salary: $65k-$68k per year
- Direct-Hire
Qualifications for Fleet Coordinator:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a fleet/asset intensive environment
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations for compliance
- Intermediate level of vehicle mechanical/technical experience
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English and Spanish
- Must have 3+ years' experience operating a computer and/or handheld devices
- Detail oriented
- Valid CDL
- Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
