Job duties for Executive Recruiter: 
Identify and source potential candidates through various channel
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement
Advise clients on market trends and competitive compensation packages
Completes any other related tasks as needed 
 
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Executive Recruiter: 
- Experience in recruiting for engineering positions within the public electrical utility market
- Proficiency in headhunting and advanced social media search techniques
- Ability to sit for the duration of shift
