Job Description
Do you have at least 10 years' experience in vegetation management or personnel management? Utility Staffing Group is currently recruiting Division Manager in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Key duties and details for Division Manager:
- Talent and personnel management
- Read contracts and implement plans
- Compose and complete reports for executive level management
- Salary: $110-$120k per year
- Direct-Hire
- Must have at least 10 years' experience and/or some combination of vegetation management experience, working in positions as Supervisor or Area Management and/or personnel management
- ISA Certified Arborist, degree in Forestry, Arboriculture or a closely related field is preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Bid background preferred but not required
- Must be able to work extended hours by air and by ground
- Must have computer skills with vegetation software programs knowledge
- Ability to lift under 50 lbs, and execute repetitive and set motions (keystroking, sitting at length)
- Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
