- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Pay Information: $1400 - $1700 / Weekly Salary (BOE)
- Supervising a crew of construction workers and ensuring they are working efficiently and safely
- Allocating tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and experience
- Monitoring the progress of construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Communicating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensuring that construction materials and equipment are delivered to the job site and are in good working condition
- Conducting regular inspections of the job site to identify any safety hazards or potential issues
- Training new employees and providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and progress made on the project
- Adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring that workers are following proper safety protocols
- Collaborating with other construction professionals to resolve any issues that arise during the project
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Grading Foreman / Supervisor:
- Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
