Job Description

Do you have experience in construction or management? Utility Staffing Group is currently hiring Utility Foreman / Supervisor positions in  Chattanooga, TN.    Details for Utility Foreman / Supervisor position:
  1. Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
  2. Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

  4. Pay Information: $75,000+ / Weekly Salary (BOE)

 Job duties for Utility Foreman / Supervisor:
  1. Supervising a crew of construction workers and ensuring they are working efficiently and safely
  2. Allocating tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and experience
  3. Monitoring the progress of construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  4. Communicating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
  5. Ensuring that construction materials and equipment are delivered to the job site and are in good working condition
  6. Conducting regular inspections of the job site to identify any safety hazards or potential issues
  7. Training new employees and providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles
  8. Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and progress made on the project
  9. Adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring that workers are following proper safety protocols
  10. Collaborating with other construction professionals to resolve any issues that arise during the project
  11. Completes any other related tasks as needed

 Qualifications for Utility Foreman / Supervisor:
  1. Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
  2. Ability to stand for duration of shift
  3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  4. Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
